Professional Goal: To become an animal caretaker.

At the 2013 Scholarship Reception, Andrew Corona was awarded a $1,000 scholarship.  At the time, Andrew was a senior at Northview High School in Covina, with aspirations to become a zoologist.  

His mother, Estela, said about Cash for College , "Your call was truly heaven sent!  I had been praying for so long for Andrew's future...Andrew's Zoology plans feel so very attainable now.  I want to thank [Cash for College] again from the bottom of my heart!  [Cash for College] became a vessel for so many possibilities for Andrew...and made going to college possible for so many."

After completing a year of college, Andrew came back to speak at the 2014 Scholarship Awards Reception. In his speech, he highlighted the importance of getting involved on campus and how much he had grown in his first year.
